The balance agreed will be required in full on the wedding day, this can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. If preferred the balance can be paid before the wedding date in instalments or in full, if agreed with the photographer.

Although Melissa Field Photography shall exercise all reasonable care and diligence, it is understood that in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, Melissa Field Photography will only be responsible for paying back a full refund of all money paid to date.

If Melissa Field Photography has to cancel due to reasons out of their control, death, injury, illness or travel incident, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid to date.

The personal information you have provided is for a private internal use only and will not be made available to other companies or individuals.

Melissa Field Photography will share a preview of a few of your images within 3-5 days after the wedding. Your digital images will be delivered firstly via online gallery within 4-8 weeks from your wedding date. USB boxes and prints will be received within 12 weeks from the date of the wedding

.

You are welcome to share your images wherever you like when you receive them. However please avoid adding filters and further editing the images to change the look where possible to respect the photographers work. If you do share on social media platforms, please tag Melissa Field Photography in your posts.

Melissa Field Photography grants permission for you to make prints and enlargements of the image provided to you. It is recommended for Large prints you ask us to crop the image to the specified size before printing.
